"Used Qwik Park for a trip out..."
Used Qwik Park for a trip out of DTW. Easy overall. Shuttle showed up fast on the way in, and they dropped us close to our terminal, so not much walking. Nice after dealing with luggage. Coming back was fine too. Little bit of a longer wait for pickup, but nothing too bad. Good coverage for the terminals. Simple setup. I'd use them again.

I pulled up to Qwik Park and the entry gate was way easier than I expected, there wasn’t any waiting around or messing with some confusing machine, the ticket popped out quick and before I knew it I was parked a few minutes later and starting my trip without any hassle.

"They Made Handling My Bags So Much Easier"
I had a good experience overall. They helped me out with my luggage, which made things a lot less stressful than trying to juggle everything on my own. The whole process was quick, simple, and didn’t feel like a hassle at all. It was just one of those small things that makes the trip go a little more smoothly.

"Pretty easy to change my booking"
I had to change my parking reservation at the last minute because my flight time changed, and I wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it would be. But it ended up being really simple, with no weird steps or anything confusing. It definitely helped take one thing off my mind. I’d probably use it again

There were spaces open when I arrived, so it worked out this time. I’ll admit, though, I don’t trust it quite as much as I used to, I still find myself wondering if a spot will actually be there when I need one.

"Pretty easy to use"
I used qwikpark to book my parking and it was simple overall. Picking the dates and times was easy, and checkout didn’t take forever or have me clicking all over the place. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is I had to double check a couple things before I paid, but it worked fine for me.

"Pretty straightforward overall"
Booking parking on the site was easy enough, and the whole thing felt smooth. Pages loaded fast, checkout didn’t make me jump through hoops, so I’d say the experience gave off a reliable vibe. The only small annoyance was that it took me a minute to track down my receipt, but other than that, no real complaints.

I tried using a discount code on qwikpark.com and it actually went through with no problem. I was half expecting it to mess up at checkout or something, but the total dropped right away. Booking was easy, and it did what I needed it to do. i was happy to save a little money

"Friendly and professional overall"
The experience was good overall. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and easy to talk to, which I appreciated. Things felt mostly professional too, though maybe not perfectly polished the whole time. Still, I’d say it was a positive experience and I’d be comfortable recommending them.

I was happy with how simple the cancellation process was overall. I did have to cancel my parking at the last minute, which was a bit stressful because I wasn’t sure how the refund would go. Thankfully, it got sorted out much quicker than I expected and there wasn’t really any hassle. I’d feel comfortable using Qwik Park again.

"Fast shuttle, no hassle"
This was exactly what I was hoping for. I parked, the shuttle showed up quickly, and I remember thinking, okay good, this isn’t going to be a whole thing. Same deal when I got back—the driver was already there, so I didn’t have to stand around tired after my flight wondering when a ride would show up. Parking was simple, everything felt reliable, and I’d use Qwik Park again.

This was my first time using Qwik Park, it was straightforward. The signs were easy to follow, so I didn’t have that awkward moment of wondering where to pull in or where the shuttle pickup was. Even early in the morning, when I’m definitely not at my sharpest, the lot was simple to get around. I’d use them again...

"Phone support took forever"
Parking itself was fine, no big issue there. But getting someone on the phone was kinda annoying. I called two times and had to sit there waiting way too long before anyone even picked up. When someone finally did answer, they seemed rushed and didn’t explain much at all. It wasn’t like a terrible experience or anything, but they really need to improve the phone support if they want people to feel confident using them.

"Decent option, but snow made it a hassle"
I used Qwik Park during a snowstorm, so maybe I picked the worst possible day to judge them. The lot was open and the shuttle did show up, which I appreciated, but the snow wasn’t cleared very well and dragging my bags through it was annoying. I was already running late and probably not in the best mood, but still, winter cleanup could definitely be better. Not a terrible experience, just not the easiest one.

"Billing has been spot on so far"
I’ve used QwikPark a handful of times now, and the payment side has been really smooth. The amount I was charged matched what I saw when booking, and I haven’t had any random extra fees pop up later. Receipts came through quickly too. I did ask support once just to confirm how charges worked, and they basically said, “what you see at checkout is what you’ll be billed,” which has been true for me. Happy with it overall.
